NC Safaris Tanzania Terms and Conditions for Making Bookings
Below are Terms and Conditions to adhere:-
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS (Visa, Passport & others)
It is the responsibility of a client to secure all the travel documents before commencing a safari unless advised by NC Safaris Tanzania.
PAYMENT
Please note that all online bookings require payment of 30% of the total package price at the time of the booking. If the total price is less than 1000 USD or booking is received less than 20 days before your arrival date, full payment is required.
You will be informed by e-mail when you need to pay the balance of your booking which is 20 days before your departure date.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All Prices quoted on NC Safaris Tanzania are in USD ($) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in Dollars. NC Safaris Tanzania is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.
PRICES
All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current prices. All prices mentioned on this site include value-added tax. NC Safaris Tanzania reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the website without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside NC Safaris Tanzania’s control.
ROUTES
NC Safaris Tanzania reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times with a prior notice when necessary due to weather or other reasons that are beyond NC Safaris Tanzania’s control. Please notice that in the case of changes of flights, the passenger is responsible for any additional costs that become payable as a result of such changes.
Any increase due to changes in government laws, i.e. tax changes will be added to the invoice.
PROMOTING
The Company hereby, NC Safaris Tanzania’s is liable to use photographs and videos taken during tours for its publication, article development and for advertising purposes.
CANCELLATION
Applied cancellation fees differ between packages (including accommodation and/or car rental) and tours.
Cancellation of packages
• For cancellations received up to 25 calendar days before the scheduled departure, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations received 15 -24 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations received 7 -14 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 60% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations received within 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure date 80% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you need to make a change to your tour arrangement you must send us a notification via email at least 3 weeks before departure. It is FREE of charge
INSURANCE
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that clients take out personal insurance.
We strongly recommend to all of our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies.
DATA PROTECTION
NC Safaris Tanzania may ask for some personal information and it is sure that they will be treated with confidence as illegal to disclose them. Examples of this would be dietary requirements, disability/medical or religious information etc. The intention of asking for them is to easy the working and ensure the ideal relaxation above all. It will be passed to the suppliers, if it is necessary for them to know this information in order to fulfill the Company’s contract to you.
JOINING SAFARIS
Joining Safaris comprise of clients with different interests agreed to travel with others looking for the Ideal Relaxation Experience in Africa. Price varies between clients on joining Safari depending on some other activities or date they booked so you better not disclose joining safari prices to other clients. Treating other clients with respect, love and captivating spirit is the key in joining Safaris and it is highly encouraged.
BOOKING
Booking with NC Safaris Tanzania means you accept and abide to the terms and conditions.
